Orillia Square takes pride in promoting the use of common area space to non-profit and charity groups throughout Orillia and area.

Who can use the charitable locations?

Any not-for-profit charitable groups and/or organizations that are able to provide a government-sanctioned charitable number are eligible to use Orillia Square's complimentary charitable locations. Charitable locations must be used solely for fundraising and information awareness activities.

How do charitable organizations pre-register?

Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis only. We must receive your request, in writing, at least two weeks in advance.

If your request is approved, your organization will be required to complete a Booking and Licence Agreement and provide written proof of insurance listing Orillia Square as an additional named insured. Charities must also agree to abide by our standard rules and regulations.
